POLICIES
When to arrive For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa services. This will allow enough time to relax, changing and a consultation. Being early for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service.

Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please call us 24 hours in advance. A 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations in less than 24 hours notice. If no notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit cards or deducted from your gift certificate.
